I used miliput to sculpt flagstones on the bases.

Yesterday evening, I managed to got the skin done on the goblins, and started on the axe handles and robes. For a color scheme I take the advent calendar cover, as well as Geoff's Goblins (Geoff being the man behind Oakbound Studio, the publisher of the advent calendar), as inspiration.
