Crossfire Sector uses cover and line-of-sight blocking terrain, in different sizes. Add on #3 provides random tables to generate the terrain to be used in one game. As always, I want to be ready for every statistical possible outcome of these rolls, so here are all the terrain pieces:
They were 3d printed in FDM on my Bambu Lab P1S, from .stl files found on Makerworld. I scaled them to fit my intended board dimensions, and all the L-shaped pieces I assembled myself in Bambu Studio.
I airbrushed all pieces with two different shades of grey.
All the boxes/barrels got a glaze of Golden SoFlat Dioxazine Violet Deep, letting the grey basecoat show through. I then used
- Golden SoFlat Cadmium Orange
- Golden SoFlat Light Green Yellow
- Golden SoFlat Medium Phtalo Blue
- Golden SoFlat Cadmium Primrose
in two thin layers, letting the previous basecoats show through, getting more solid coverage with the second pass on the edges.
The bases were painted with a mix of Golden SoFlat Dioxazine Violet Deep and Golden SoFlat N5 Neutral Grey.
