To paint the model, I started with the airbrush. First coat was Molotow black.
This was followed by a zenithal Molotow white coat.
The first real color was Molotow #260 stone grey dark.
To represent moss and other growth, I applied Molotow #206 lagoon blue between the floor tiles, around the lower edges of the columns, and below the extruding stones just below the arch; places which I imagine would be most moist and therefore favor moss and other plants growing.
Molotow #259 sand was applied in patches to start breaking up the grey stone color.
The same was done with Molotow #10 lobster, to indtroduce more color variation.
The last color used to add color variation to the stone was #9 sahara beige pastel.
I then applied a zenithal of first #261 stone grey middle, …
… and finally #203 cool grey pastel to blend in the stone variation colors and add highlights.
The last step was to airbrush the wood #92 hazelnut brown and the rope #115 vanilla pastel.
I painted the bell and the metal fittings by brush.
