The final step was to get a woodland look to the bases. For that I used Krautcover Scenics mixes.
- general basecoat with Common Earth Dark groundcover
- patches of Copious Earth basecover
- patches of Meadows of Purity basecover
I like this layered effect, to my eyes a good balance between browns and greens.
