Last came the command group. I used the same colors as with the first two groups, mixing the two reds and blues on the models. For the banner decoration I also used the same colors, mixing the green from blue and yellow.
For the banner I decided to use a twist on the classic faces, for the gnomes I thought a face painted into the head of a fly amanita (amanita muscaria) would be fitting.
Here is the complete unit of spear armed gnomes mostly done, except some oil colors for refinements still to come.
Next I will tackle the supporting missile troops.
