The Oldworlder Ally Contingent needs a commander. Two actually.
I ordered a mounted figure with one of my last orders from Mirliton, that I wanted to use. Then, while rummaging through my pile of lead, I found another suitable miniature. I think this was a freeby that came with a Wargames Illustrated issue some years back, and is some kind of historical character. Can't remember exactly. I think it is by Perry Miniatures, but I am not sure of that either.
If someone recognises that mini, please let me know.
Seems I planned to paint the WI mini already in the past, the rider and horse had both half-heartedly the flash removed and primer applied. Not sure what I did back then, but it was no good.
