I googled (well, braved recently, to be precise) how to paint multicam, and followed for the most part Dougie's recipe. The only difference is that I included 70.886 Green Grey in addition to 70.987 Medium Grey as a basecoat for the scheme, which I saw in another recipe. Both were applied intermingled on the minis on different parts; both were applied quite thin to let some of the zentithal shine through.
The whole green/grey basecoat was then drybrushed with 70.976 Buff.
Next I applied bands of 70.921 English Uniform. On the uniform, I applied them horizontally, on all the kit (vest, pouches, …) I applied them vertically, hoping to create a visual difference between the different parts.
The 70.857 Golden Olive stripes were applied with the same logic.
Next I applied 70.922 USA Uniform blotches randomly, nestling against the golden olive and brown stripes.
Finally, splotches and wiggles of 70.822 German Camo Black Brown and 70.819 Ivory were added.
I like the look of it, though I am not sure if this is some nice camo, or actual Multicam…
