I sprayed two model with Daler Rowney Marine Blue ink.
This was followed by a small brush and isopropanol alcohol, to remove the color again in more or less circles; dabbing a drop of iso and letting that clear a round area.
After applying another coat of superglue, I followed again with an airbrush coat of Daler Rowney Crimson, again followed with iso drops.
After another coat of superglue to look in the effect, I painted the rest of the model.
Final stage was decorating the base.
