I printed and cut the banners.
First, I worked on the batallion standard bearer. Here I spent a bit more time on the banner, not using just flat colors but some transitions. It is the batallion banner after all!
The rest of the banners I again kept very simple, just flat colors and black lining. The commanders banner has some glazing applied, but far less than on the big batallion banner. Just using flat colors made it look too different.
On the shaman cloak I painted some free hand shaman-ish symbols.
And here is the first batch quickshaded, based and varnished.
