I created the first banners in Inkscape, by tracing over scans from the 3rd Armies's Orc & Goblin sections, as well as the 4th ed Orc & Goblin Armies book.
Then I printed and painted them.Normally I would tear or burn orc banners, but this is a quick painting project, so just basic shapes and colors.
And attached to the miniatures.
